Bachelor's Degree in Nursing Required

Job Responsibility

Acts as an active member of the practice management team to support the care management model, standards of pediatric clinical practice, legal regulations, Code of Ethics and established policies of the Practice
Supervises professional, administrative and technical personnel (pediatric nurse practitioners, medical assistant, clinic secretaries,) providing patient care
Partners with Ambulatory Manager on business and financial operations
Exhibits guiding behaviors that reflect Children’s values and support our mission and vision
Monitors and evaluates office operations to ensure efficiency including, but not limited to scheduling, billing, patient records, telecommunications, patient referrals, MyChart, etc. Initiates clinical and operation improvement opportunities
