Job Responsibility

  • Identify and fix defects to ensure mobile equipment operates effectively
  • Lead and support your team to deliver work on time and within budget
  • Monitor team performance, providing training, mentoring, and coaching as needed
  • Use a CMMS to develop and manage maintenance plans for greater efficiency
  • Review plans and reports to drive continuous improvement
  • Work with stakeholders to adjust work scopes as required
  • Help develop and standardise maintenance systems and procedures
  • Plan and coordinate daily and weekly mobile maintenance activities, overcoming technical and logistical challenges
  • Promote a strong safety culture and ensure all work complies with statutory and safety regulations

Requirements

  • Relevant trade qualification coupled with significant hands-on management experience
  • Schedule 26 including DMIRS exam completed
  • Experience managing HME planned maintenance and breakdowns
  • High degree of computer literacy including the use of Microsoft Excel and database management systems
  • Significant demonstrated leadership which supports a high-performance culture
  • Strong experience in mobile equipment maintenance and development of equipment performance strategies
