Job Description

This is where creativity meets strategy. As a member of the Baxter Marketing team, you will work on designing, developing and implementing marketing programs and pricing strategies. You’ll leverage your expertise to present our life-sustaining and live-saving products and services to the relevant market sector. Working in collaboration with the sales and technical teams, there will be opportunity for learning, development and future career growth across a variety of fields within Baxter.

Job Responsibility

  • Develop Commercial Plan: segmentation, targeting, product positioning and tactical plan in partnership with the BUM
  • Propose marketing and comercial initiatives to Support the achievement of Financial targets
  • Work on the rolling forecast to improve accuracy (supply forecast vs actual sales)
  • Lead the pre-Launch and launch execution of NPDs / GEOX at the country level: forecast, change controls, development of marketing materials, development of sales training, etc
  • Implement market research for new and existing products
  • Do competitive understanding and price analysis for the portfolio
  • Review monthly / weekly Sales Trends to provide data on growth opportunities to the sales team
  • Define and complete the congress strategy as well as the Educational Programs (Hands-on Labs, Scientific Events, among others)
  • Development of marketing materials aligned with the Commercial Strategy
  • Keep track of the marketing budget (expenses vs forecast)
  • Support the sales team regarding promotional material, events, equipment, samples etc
  • Develop marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns
  • Be the link with agencies (briefings, materials adjustments etc)
  • Manage the promotional material approvals through PromoMats
  • Manage the inventory of promotional materials
  • Write the promotional cycle guide to the sales team
  • Manage Grants, Coupa, Change Control and JDE processes
  • Build monthly HCP benchmarks highlights
  • Support development of Quaterly Dashboard (get commercial intel on gained/lost customers, main barriers/opportunities, competitive intelligence and risks)

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 5 years of Marketing experience
  • Experience on Infusion devices or pharma is desired
  • Ability to work in a Multi-Country CELA environment
  • Experience working on product management, launch of new products, execution of congresses and educational events
  • Plan and perform segmentation, targeting and tactical plan of the business
  • Advanced English
