Job Description:

Supervisor-Maintenance position at Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Mexico City Vallejo. Responsible for installation, maintenance, and preventative maintenance of tools, appliances, and equipment. Includes safety inspections, inventory management, and team supervision.

Job Responsibility:

Install, maintain, perform preventative maintenance on tools, appliances, and equipment
Calibrate all controls, gauges, meters
Identify, locate, and operate all shut-off valves
Order, mark, and stock parts and supplies
Maintain inventory and purchase orders log
Inspect tools, equipment, or machines
Complete life safety checklist including fire-pump run test and generator run test
Inspect fire sprinkler valves and alarm systems
Assist in development of disaster response protocols
Respond to guest repair requests
Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating employees
Follow all company and safety policies
Report maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries

Requirements:

Technical, Trade, or Vocational School Degree
At least 2 years of related work experience
At least 2 years of supervisory experience
