Currently, our Windows division in Red Bluff, California, a growing, major window and door manufacturer with manufacturing facilities located in Alabama, California, and Wisconsin, is seeking a qualified Maintenance Supervisor to work collaboratively with our electrical and maintenance teams.

Job Responsibility

  • Assure safe workplace practices are followed and promote safety awareness through leading by example
  • Lead and coordinate electrical and mechanical maintenance operations
  • Supervise, train, and coordinate maintenance team members performing electrical and mechanical work
  • Oversee installation, repair, fabrication, and preventative maintenance
  • Troubleshoot equipment issues, identify electrical and mechanical defects, and implement timely corrective actions to minimize downtime
  • Support electrical work including conduit installation, wire pulls, breaker selection, and equipment hookups across multiple voltages and phases
  • Coordinate repairs using tools and equipment using welder, cutting, grinding, and standard hand and shop tools
  • Manage team assignments during production, breakdowns, and emergency situations
  • Approve timecards, support cross-training, and recommend recognition and corrective action

Requirements

  • 2 years’ recent, verifiable working electrical and mechanical maintenance, including experience troubleshooting and repairing electrical failures
  • Knowledge of both mechanical and electrical components as they are used in an industrial environment
  • Demonstrated understanding of maintenance operating procedures and best practices, including shutdown
  • Understand machinery operations and related hydraulics, with sufficient knowledge to address both preventative and corrective maintenance
  • Demonstrated strong leadership skills, including ability to effectively lead and motivate a crew
  • Proven commitment to workplace safety and adherence to company policies
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform effectively under demanding circumstances
