Job Description

We are looking for Maintenance I Supervisor (2nd. Shift) to join our Bermudez Team. How You'll Help Us Connect the World.

Job Responsibility

  • Under indirect supervision, it designs, improves and manages preventive and corrective maintenance plans for production line facilities and their equipment
  • Supervises a group of technicians who perform maintenance activities to maintain equipment and facilities
  • Meets the objectives set by the company and its direct manager
  • Support and participate in improvement plans, such as: 5's, kaizen, security, CAPA, cost savings, etc.
  • Design and implement the necessary facilities to support the production equipment facilities e.g. Electrical and pneumatic circuits, installations, diagnostics and troubleshooting, etc.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree: Mechatronics, Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial or related field
  • Experience in a similar position of 6 years
  • English 80% (desirable)
  • Electricity and electrical control
  • Welding and assembly of line facilities
  • Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance systems, TPM, proactive and predictive maintenance, etc.
  • PLC knowledge
  • Schedule availability
