Job Description:

Supervisor-Lounge role at The Ritz-Carlton Tianjin involves ensuring team cooperation, monitoring guest services, maintaining standards, supporting management in employee functions, and adhering to company policies.

Job Responsibility:

Ensure staff works together as a team
inspect grooming and attire of staff
complete opening and closing duties
inspect storage areas for organization and cleanliness
complete inventories and stock requisitions
monitor dining rooms for seating availability and guest well-being
assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, and coaching employees
follow company policies and report safety concerns
welcome and address guest needs
ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards
maintain confidentiality
visually inspect tools and machines
move, lift, carry, and handle objects under 50 pounds
perform additional reasonable duties as requested

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
at least 2 years of related work experience
at least 1 year of supervisory experience
