Job Description:

The Supervisor-Loss Prevention role at The Westin Fuzhou Minjiang involves patrolling the property, securing rooms, assisting guests, conducting emergency drills, monitoring CCTV and alarm systems, handling emergencies, and completing reports. The role also includes training, motivating, and coaching employees, ensuring compliance with company policies, and maintaining confidentiality. Job Responsibility:

Patrol property
Secure rooms
Assist guests with room access
Conduct emergency response drills
Monitor CCTV and alarm systems
Handle emergencies
Complete reports
Train, motivate, and coach employees
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Maintain confidentiality
Resolve safety hazards
Escort unwelcome persons from the property
Ensure compliance with alcoholic beverage control laws

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
At least 2 years of related work experience
At least 1 year of supervisory experience
Ability to patrol property, secure rooms, assist guests, conduct emergency drills, monitor CCTV and alarm systems, handle emergencies, and complete reports
Physical ability to stand, sit, walk, move, lift, carry, push, pull, and manipulate objects
Ability to move through narrow, confined, or elevated spaces
Ability to move over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces
Ability to reach overhead and below knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
