Supervisor position at Sheraton Petaling Jaya Hotel requiring Japanese language skills. Responsible for ensuring staff teamwork, guest service excellence, dining room monitoring, and assisting with various operational duties in a hospitality environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Ensure staff is working together as a team to ensure optimum service
  • Inspect grooming and attire of staff
  • Complete opening and closing duties
  • Inspect storage areas for organization
  • Complete scheduled inventories and stock necessary supplies
  • Monitor dining rooms for seating availability, service, safety
  • Complete work orders for maintenance repairs

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
  • At least 2 years of related work experience
  • At least 1 year of supervisory experience
