Job Description:

This role supervises employees to ensure coordinated, multidisciplinary care to patients in their home setting. Determines staffing needs and is responsible for meeting department productivity standards. Participates in development of department policies and procedures and quality management plan and then implements and administers for compliance. Upholds the standards of confidentiality, attendance and punctuality.

Job Responsibility:

Requirements:

  • Within 30 days of hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
  • Upon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License
  • Driving is a necessary as part of this role
  • 2 years RN experience.

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
  • Supervisory or Home Care experience.
