Job Description

As a Supervisor in HR Operations GBS, you will lead a team that delivers accurate, consistent, and trusted HR services across regions. You’ll oversee operations, guide transitions, and ensure compliance while driving improvements that elevate the employee experience. This role places you at the center of Baxter’s transformation, where your leadership will empower people, strengthen processes, and set new standards for operational excellence.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead a team of HR professionals to deliver services that are accurate, consistent, and trusted across regions
  • Oversee HR Operations and Pre‑Payroll processes, ensuring compliance while improving efficiency
  • Apply ERP expertise (SAP, Oracle, Workday, ServiceNow) to streamline workflows and reduce friction
  • Coach and guide your team to build capability, confidence, and accountability
  • Use dashboards and KPIs to track performance, identify gaps, and drive measurable improvements
  • Partner with transition teams to embed new HR projects smoothly and on time
  • Safeguard data integrity across HR systems, reinforcing Baxter’s reputation for reliability
  • Spot risks and opportunities early, then act decisively to strengthen HR service delivery

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills in English, written and verbal
  • Experience in HR Operations, Shared Services, or HR Generalist roles across multi‑country environments
  • Transition management expertise with proven ability to manage audits and governance frameworks
  • Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or similar process improvement methodologies
  • Effective stakeholder management across geographies and functions
  • High attention to detail with focus on accuracy and compliance
  • Ability to coach and develop people
  • Quality focus, with knowledge of tools and techniques for process improvement
  • Experience managing teams
  • Graduate in any discipline
  • 5–8 years of experience in HR Operations or Shared Services
