Job Description:

Supervisor position at Shanghai Marriott Hotel Pudong East responsible for guest relations, responding to guest inquiries, making reservations, providing property information, coordinating special services, and ensuring guest satisfaction while maintaining company standards and policies.

Job Responsibility:

Respond to guest questions and follow up to ensure satisfaction
Take and confirm reservations and cancellations
Supply guests with information regarding property amenities, services, room features, and local areas
Respond to guest requests for special arrangements or services
Contact appropriate departments to resolve guest requests
Collaborate with management to develop procedures and set goals
Assign and ensure work tasks are completed on time and meet quality standards
Follow all company policies and procedures
Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards
Develop and maintain positive working relationships
Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards
Move, lift, carry, push, pull objects up to 10 pounds

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
At least 1 year of related work experience
At least 1 year of supervisory experience
