Job Responsibility

  • Lead warehouse operations for our dynamic manufacturing environment
  • Pave the way for our dedicated team on the back shift, ensuring the seamless execution of receiving, storage, and shipping functions to support our plant's production operations and other vital functions
  • Your leadership will foster a safe, efficient, and cost-effective work environment that meets all factory and company standards
  • Train and guide your team, assign tasks, and ensure they have the tools and resources needed for success
  • Maintain training records, manage schedules, and ensure accurate documentation of warehouse operations
  • Collaborate with production team leaders, transportation staff, and external partners to ensure smooth operations
  • Set goals for your team, monitor performance, and seek opportunities for operational enhancements
  • Utilize and develop proficiency in warehouse management systems and other software tools to optimize operations

Requirements
