Job Description

Position Summary/Purpose: Responsible for co-ordination of operational activities in the terminal for port and yard with accordance of safety, environment requirement and Standard Operating Procedure. Ensure compliance to all relevant Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental management policies, procedures and controls across the department to guarantee employee safety, legislative compliance, delivery of high-quality products/service and a responsible environmental attitude. Control and monitoring of operation budget and cost cycle and acting as centralized contract manager for operation’s contract.

  • Ensure compliance to all relevant Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental management policies, procedures and controls across the department to guarantee employee safety, legislative compliance, delivery of high-quality products/service and a responsible environmental attitude
  • Control and monitoring of operation budget and cost cycle and acting as centralized contract manager for operation’s contract
  • Assure the health and safety procedure for direct employees and third parties through contract management
  • Motivate the team and its optimal performance through follow up of people development activities by planning its training needs and proper development plan
  • Contribute in detection, reporting and elimination of abnormalities in the operational process through control process variables
  • Assure the operational of equipment related to utilities plant operation (slurry pumps, water supplies, waste water treatment plant and sewage treatment plant)
  • Monitoring of the quality of contracted services, deliverables, supplies quantity and bill of measurement service in operation area
  • Monitoring of operational budget monthly including headcount of business partners and provide proactive plan of cost reduction and proper forecasting of any additional expenses
