An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented Supervisor to join our Belfast store and play a key role in its continued success.

Job Responsibility

  • Drive the commercial success of the store and drive store performance
  • Identify key opportunities to enhance performance in line with current trends
  • Support the store leadership team in the implementation of strategic plans to achieve departmental goals and objectives
  • Analyse data and key performance indicators to make informed commercial decisions and drive KPIs
  • Lead and inspire your store team, providing guidance, coaching, and support
  • Build lasting relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Support in driving the team's personal development and progression
  • Train coach and upskill the sales team
  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and adherence to company policies and procedures
  • Support the store manager to drive performance in line with retail priorities
  • Support the store manager in monitoring and achieving store-level KPIs
  • Ensure wage controls are met on a weekly basis
  • Control stock movement, run accurate store audits, and implement visual standards to company guidelines

Requirements

  • Minimum 1+ year experience in premium or luxury fashion retail, ideally in a supervisory or management-related role
  • Proven ability to support, motivate, and guide team members in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Strong track record of achieving sales targets and delivering results
  • Good product knowledge, including brands, fashion trends, and materials
  • Understanding of retail operations, including merchandising, stock control, and loss prevention
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build positive working relationships
