Job Description:

Supervisor position at W Punta Cana Adult All-Inclusive responsible for creating recreational activity agendas, managing guest participation in activities, maintaining recreational equipment, and supervising staff while ensuring guest safety and satisfaction.

Job Responsibility:

Create recreational activity agendas and advertisements using publishing software
Conduct inventory of supplies, materials, and equipment
Encourage, recruit, register, and schedule guests to participate in recreation activities
Promote a fun and relaxing atmosphere for guests
Provide information to guests about available recreation facilities and activities
Promote rules and regulations of the recreation facility
Observe activity in the recreational facility and respond appropriately in emergencies
Provide assistance to injured guests until arrival of emergency medical services
Clean and maintain recreational equipment and supplies
Assist management in training, motivating, and coaching employees
Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
At least 1 year of related work experience
At least 1 year of supervisory experience
CPR Certification
First Aid Certification
Recreation and Fitness Equipment certification
Any certification or training required by local and state agencies
