Job Description:

Supervisor position at W Punta Cana Adult All-Inclusive responsible for creating recreational activity agendas, managing guest participation in activities, maintaining recreational equipment, and supervising staff while ensuring guest safety and satisfaction.

Job Responsibility:

  • Create recreational activity agendas and advertisements using publishing software
  • Conduct inventory of supplies, materials, and equipment
  • Encourage, recruit, register, and schedule guests to participate in recreation activities
  • Promote a fun and relaxing atmosphere for guests
  • Provide information to guests about available recreation facilities and activities
  • Promote rules and regulations of the recreation facility
  • Observe activity in the recreational facility and respond appropriately in emergencies
  • Provide assistance to injured guests until arrival of emergency medical services
  • Clean and maintain recreational equipment and supplies
  • Assist management in training, motivating, and coaching employees
  • Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
  • At least 1 year of related work experience
  • At least 1 year of supervisory experience
  • CPR Certification
  • First Aid Certification
  • Recreation and Fitness Equipment certification
  • Any certification or training required by local and state agencies
