Job Description:

As a Supervisor-Club Level, you will ensure delivery of The Ritz-Carlton Gold Standards by responding to guest needs, managing daily operations, and assisting management with employee training and evaluation. You will be responsible for maintaining high-quality service while fostering positive relationships with guests and employees.

Job Responsibility:

Respond to guest requests for special arrangements or services
respond to special requests from guests with unique needs
gather, summarize, and provide information about the property and surrounding area amenities
monitor inventory and order office supplies
assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and coaching employees
ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards
report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions
perform other reasonable job duties requested by supervisors

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
at least 1 year of related work experience
at least 1 year of supervisory experience
