Job Description:

The Supervisor Clinic Operations coordinates and supervises daily activities of assigned employees. This includes the physician front office, clinics, or other operational areas. The goal is to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care and compliance with policies, procedures, and standards. This supervisor role will support the locations below: 4401 Coit Rd, Suite 203, Frisco, 75035 & PGA Parkway 16050 Everwell Ln, Suite 310, Frisco, 75033

Job Responsibility:

  • Coordinates and supervises daily activities of assigned employees including physician front office, clinics, or other operational areas to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care and compliance with policies, procedures, and standards
  • Provides direct supervision and leadership for 5 to 10 FTEs
  • Organizes work in an efficient and cost effective manner, ensuring continuity of service and patient satisfaction
  • Work includes appointment scheduling, billing and follow-up, patient throughput, facilities management, and ensuring the safety of employees and patients
  • Builds teamwork and maintains effective communication with direct reports, peers, other various departments and administration
  • Provides subject matter expertise for supervised employees
  • Sets standards for work quality and volume
  • Monitors work output and coaches for excellence
  • Identifies opportunities for LEAN applications and implements changes as needed
  • Serves as part of the work team, performing duties as needed, working alongside those supervised
  • Ensures employees follow behavior standards, corporate policies, and patient satisfaction standards for internal and external customers
  • Provides input in the budget process to ensure resources meet patient needs
  • Monitors inventory and orders supplies as needed
  • Oversees compliance, training and maintenance of applicable license and certifications
  • Partners with leadership and necessary departments to investigate, resolve and document resolution of patient complaints concerning services provided by practice
  • Participates in interviewing, making hiring recommendations, orienting, evaluating, coaching, team building activities, and if necessary, assisting with disciplinary actions
  • Maintains safety of patients, family members, staff and self during all activities

Requirements:

  • H.S. Diploma/GED Equivalent
  • 3 Years of Experience
