Job Description:

Supervisor role responsible for overall supervision of Medical Claim Processing employees at CVS Health, achieving superior service performance through integrated operational, quality, medical cost and resource management tools and applications.

Job Responsibility:

  • Supervise Medical Claim Processing employees
  • Achieve superior service performance through operational, quality, medical cost and resource management
  • Develop, train, evaluate and coach staff
  • Manage and monitor daily inventory
  • Allocate resources to meet volume and performance standards
  • Identify and execute team process improvement
  • Assess individual and team performance
  • Act as liaison between staff and other areas
  • Utilize incentive programs to reward team successes
  • Apply and enforce Aetna/CVS HR policies and practices

Requirements:

  • 1+ Year prior work experience in an ACAS claim processing role
  • Success in claim processing/service
  • Leadership skills
  • Oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to keep commitments and meet deadlines
  • Strong business knowledge
  • Proven track record of dealing with multiple priorities, tasks, and fluctuating deadlines
  • Understanding of projecting work volumes and workload management preferred
  • Prior experience working in a quality assurance and production capacity

  • Prior experience working in a quality assurance and production capacity
  • 2+ years experience in claim processing/service preferred
