Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and hands-on Supervisor to join our team at our Tasman Road Depot in Hamilton. This is a key role at the heart of our Charter operations, where you’ll help ensure services run smoothly, safely, and on time every day. You’ll take ownership of coordinating day-to-day charter operations, supporting drivers, and delivering a high standard of service to our customers. From rostering and fleet allocation to building strong client relationships, you’ll play a vital part in both operational performance and business growth.

Job Responsibility

  • Overseeing the smooth and punctual delivery of all Charter services
  • Managing driver rosters, fleet allocation, and day-to-day operational requirements
  • Leading, supporting, and developing a team of drivers
