Job Description:

The role involves supervising housekeeping tasks, ensuring quality standards, and assisting management in staff-related activities. Duties include inspecting rooms, responding to requests, maintaining company standards, operating housekeeping machinery, and supporting team efficiency. The position emphasizes professionalism, guest service, and physical work capabilities.

Job Responsibility:

Inspect guest rooms after being cleaned
Respond promptly to requests from guests and other departments
Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and coaching employees
Follow all company and safety policies
Report maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries
Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information
Protect company assets
Welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards
Assist individuals with disabilities
Ensure adherence to quality expectations
Develop and maintain positive working relationships
Operate housekeeping carts and machinery
Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
At least 1 year of related work experience
Ability to push and pull a loaded housekeeping cart and other work-related machinery over sloping and uneven surfaces
Ability to move, lift, carry, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 55 pounds
Ability to manage bending, twisting, pulling, stooping, standing, sitting, kneeling, or walking for extended periods
Fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination
Computer proficiency for work-related information processing.
