Job Description:

The Supervisor-Accounting role at AC Hotel by Marriott Hangzhou involves tasks such as auditing, financial analysis, handling accounts and invoices, and coordinating tasks within departments. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with policies, and supporting positive team dynamics.

Job Responsibility:

Check figures, postings, and documents for accuracy
organize, secure, and maintain files, records, cash, and cash equivalents
record, store, access, and analyze computerized financial information
classify, code, and summarize numerical and financial data
prepare, maintain, audit, and distribute various statistical, financial, accounting, and payroll reports
complete period-end closing procedures and reports
prepare, review, reconcile, and issue invoices and account statements
follow up on and resolve past due accounts and invoices
coordinate tasks and work with other departments
serve as a departmental role model or mentor
assign tasks and ensure task completion on time and up to quality standards
report work-related accidents or injuries
ensure professional appearance and compliance with company policies
maintain confidentiality of information
protect company assets
develop and maintain positive working relationships with others
respond appropriately to employee concerns
perform other reasonable job duties as assigned

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
at least 1 year of related work experience
no supervisory experience
