Job Responsibility

  • Provides guests with directions, recommendations, and information about the city and its attractions. Hails taxis as needed. Acts as a liaison for House Car availability as well as additional Bell/ Valet services. Loads luggage in car for departing guests
  • Handles all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible
  • resolves customer complaints including but not limited to any car damages or parking concerns, luggage services, or house car related issues, assists customers in all inquiries in connection with hotel services, hours of operations, key hotel personnel, in-house events, etc
  • Greets all guests and residents passing through Front Door and offers them assistance
