Supervisor 1, Solid Waste

The Solid Waste department are looking for a regular full-time Supervisor 1 to join their team. This is supervisory work involving the organization, direction, and oversight of a crew or crews of subordinates engaged in construction, operating, servicing or maintenance duties. An employee of this class plans, assigns, inspects, supervises, and may assist in the work of subordinates and is responsible for the quality, progress and completion of assigned projects and operations. Both oral and complex written assignments may be received from a superior who reviews work performance in terms of the efficiency of operations, adherence to established standards, and the effectiveness of supervisory services rendered.
