As a Supervisor within Cabin Maintenance, you will be responsible for ensuring our aircraft cabins are delivered to the highest possible standards of safety, quality, and reliability. Working at the heart of our engineering operation, you will lead teams and coordinate activity across multiple stakeholders to ensure every aircraft leaves the hangar ready to deliver a brilliant customer experience. It is a fast-paced, highly regulated environment where precision, leadership, and decision-making all matter. Job Responsibility:
Lead and deliver cabin maintenance plans within your shift, ensuring all work is completed safely, on time, and to required standards
Supervise teams of engineers and technicians, allocating resources effectively to meet operational priorities
Act as the key point of coordination between engineering teams, production, planning, and third-party providers
Maintain oversight of safety, compliance, and regulatory adherence across all maintenance activity
Drive performance against key operational metrics including on-time performance, technical standards, and cost control
Manage and support your team, including performance, engagement, and day-to-day leadership responsibilities
Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and cabin standards
Ensure accurate maintenance records and documentation are completed in line with regulatory requirements
Requirements:
Proven experience operating within an aircraft maintenance environment, ideally within cabin or production settings
Demonstrated leadership capability, including managing and developing teams of engineers or technicians
Valid CAA licence qualifications with relevant approvals on aircraft types, or equivalent technical expertise
Strong understanding of airworthiness regulations, safety standards, and compliance requirements
Experience managing operational performance, including productivity, quality, and cost control
Demonstrated ability to lead in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with shifting priorities
Sound knowledge of people management principles, including performance management and employee engagement
Effective communication skills, with the ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders and functions
Working knowledge of engineering systems and tools, with confidence operating at a key user level
