The primary responsibility is to supervise staff in the Benefits Verification Department and provide direction to ensure patient benefits are verified according to company guidelines and patient expectations are met to achieve exceptional customer service and business profitability.
Job Responsibility:
Supervise staff in the Benefits Verification Department
Provide direction to staff within Pharmacy operations
Ensure patient benefits are verified in accordance to company guidelines
Analyze call/performance statistics and daily workflow
Coordinate procedural changes
Resolve issues/problems
Evaluate and review team progress
Coach, motivate & counsel staff
Interview and hire
Direct and implement department and pharmacy wide projects
Requirements:
1+ years of supervisory experience in a related environment
High School Diploma or GED required
Nice to have:
Specialty pharmacy experience
Bachelor's Degree within Business, Management or Healthcare related field
