Job Responsibility

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in technical discipline or equivalent education and experience
  • Prior supervision experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
  • Must have strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with all internal stakeholders and customers
  • Authorized to work in the United States

  • Ensure the timely implementation of the people development plan and verify the competencies of your team in accordance with the agreed plan with the Project Manager
