Job Responsibility
Completing Connected Person Assessments and Special Guardianship Assessments, including conversion assessments for carers pursuing a Special Guardianship arrangement
Assessing both potential kinship arrangements and currently approved foster carers
Clearly explaining the benefits and differences of becoming a Kinship foster carer or Special Guardian to child(ren)'s carers
Requirements
A Social Work Degree or equivalent relevant degree
At least 3+ years of experience working with children in the UK
Registered with Social Care Wales
An up-to-date DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service)
