You will maintain a caseload of clients while supervising psychologist trainees and/or post doctoral candidates, and signing off on pre-licensed staff notes.

Job Responsibility

  • Diagnose, create and maintain individualized treatment plans
  • Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our community
  • Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals
  • Maintain clinical documentation in EHR system
  • Maintain a caseload of clients
  • Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed
  • Attend and participate in required clinical staff meetings and trainings
  • Participate in clinic marketing, outreach, and networking community events
  • Conduct evidenced-based, data informed, and goal driven individual and group supervision as required to interns and post-doctoral staff to ensure clinical excellence and align with best practices
  • Collaborate with Clinic Director to provide clinical oversight to clinic’s Mental Health Practitioners and Professionals
  • Supervise evaluations of mental health diagnoses, creation, and implementation of treatment plans
  • Review and sign notes for pre-licensed staff
  • Attend leadership meetings and professional development as required

Requirements

  • Candidates must be a Licensed Psychologist in OH
  • Prior supervision experience preferred
  • Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients
  • Ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents within 24 hours
  • Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base
  • Proficient in the use of Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems (Valant experience a plus!), including the collection of co-payments
