Job Description:

Maternity cover fixed term contract - 12 months. Do you have a genuine passion for supporting families and creating positive outcomes for children? If so, we’d love to hear from you! We’re looking for a dedicated Supervising Contact Worker to join our team at Slough Children First on 12 month fixed term contract basis. This is a vital role where you’ll help children and families maintain safe, meaningful connections during challenging times.

Job Responsibility:

  • Ensure supervised contact sessions are delivered to the highest standard, fostering positive communication between children, young people, and their families
  • Carry out agreed activities and interventions in line with the case-holding social worker’s plan
  • Confidently manage and de-escalate challenging situations
  • Attend meetings, reviews, case conferences, and court hearings as required
