Supervising Case Manager - Personal Injury (Pre‑Suit & Intake)

Job Responsibility

  • Supervise and support intake & pre‑suit case managers
  • Monitor workflow, deadlines, and case progression
  • Ensure accuracy of case files, documentation, and client communications
  • Assist with resolving client issues and case bottlenecks
  • Collaborate with attorneys and leadership on status updates and operational needs

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of PI pre‑suit experience
  • Prior supervisory or lead experience required
  • Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
  • Familiarity with PI case management systems (Smart Advocate)

Nice to have

Spanish is a plus, but not required
