Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate Food & Beverage Supervisor to supervise the day-to-day operations for the department in absence of the F&B Management team. This position assists in ensuring consistent and thoughtful service and all staff adhere to Four Seasons standards.

Job Responsibility:

  • Supervise the day-to-day operations for the department in absence of the F&B Management team
  • Assist in ensuring consistent and thoughtful service and all staff adhere to Four Seasons standards
  • Support the integration and training of new employees
  • Guide the team of Chefs de rang, Commis and trainees in their development
  • Carry trays correctly, clear and straighten tables
  • Know the menu and each menu item and be able to explain to customers the drinks on the menu, as well as the composition of cocktails and other dishes
  • Knowing how to speak and behave is essential when dealing with our customers

Requirements:

  • Ability to operate computer equipment and other food & beverage computer systems
  • Must possess the legal right to work in France at the time of application
  • Fluency in French and English
