Supermarket Team Members - No two days are the same here. We are looking for energetic and reliable Team Members who thrive in a fast-paced retail environment. This is an active, on-the-go role where you’ll be on your feet and moving throughout your shift. You’ll be the face of our store, ensuring every customer leaves with a smile while helping keep our operations running smoothly. Whether you’re helping a guest find a specific product, unloading pallets, or ensuring our shelves are perfectly stocked, you’ll be part of a team that truly gets stuck in. This is a full-time role of 30 hours per week, working to a rota across 5 out of 7 days, with shifts ranging anywhere from 7am to Midnight so flexibility is essential. While previous experience in a similar environment would be desirable it's not essential as full training provided. Key Responsibilities: Customer Excellence: Delivering a friendly, fast-paced guest experience and maintaining a smile under pressure during our busy periods. Till Operation: Working hands-on with our checkouts to provide efficient service and accurate cash handling. Stock Management: Helping to receive and check off deliveries with high attention to detail to ensure accuracy. Merchandising: Stacking shelves and creating eye-catching displays to keep the shop floor looking top-notch and tidy.
