We are looking for a dynamic Superintendent to lead the charge in managing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and superior quality. Job Responsibility:

  • Lead the day-to-day on-site activities for multiple projects, ensuring smooth operations and efficient workflow
  • Develop and implement project timelines, ensuring key milestones are met on time
  • Cultivate strong connections with clients, architects, and vendors, driving future business and supporting Weis Builders' continuous growth
  • Supervise and direct on-site personnel and subcontractors, fostering a productive and safe work environment
  • Enforce safety protocols, conduct training sessions, and ensure compliance with OSHA and other regulations
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure that all work meets project specifications and quality standards
  • Monitor project budgets and expenditures, working closely with project managers to mitigate financial risks
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and suppliers, providing regular project updates and addressing any challenges

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Construction Engineering, or a related construction field
  • Minimum 3 years of construction management or supervision experience, preferably in multifamily projects
  • A track record of managing residential, commercial, or industrial projects to successful completion
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication abilities
  • Experience with construction management software and MS Office Suite
  • OSHA 30-hour certification (preferred)
