Job Responsibility:
Lead the day-to-day on-site activities for multiple projects, ensuring smooth operations and efficient workflow
Develop and implement project timelines, ensuring key milestones are met on time
Cultivate strong connections with clients, architects, and vendors, driving future business and supporting Weis Builders' continuous growth
Supervise and direct on-site personnel and subcontractors, fostering a productive and safe work environment
Enforce safety protocols, conduct training sessions, and ensure compliance with OSHA and other regulations
Conduct regular inspections to ensure that all work meets project specifications and quality standards
Monitor project budgets and expenditures, working closely with project managers to mitigate financial risks
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and suppliers, providing regular project updates and addressing any challenges
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Construction Engineering, or a related construction field
Minimum 3 years of construction management or supervision experience, preferably in multifamily projects
A track record of managing residential, commercial, or industrial projects to successful completion
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication abilities
Experience with construction management software and MS Office Suite
OSHA 30-hour certification (preferred)
