ESI's Superintendent assumes a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day functions of construction sites and projects. With the authority to facilitate daily coordination and guidance for work execution, they ensure its safety, adherence to budget, timely completion, alignment with the company's quality standards, effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders, and ensure overall customer satisfaction. Their responsibilities encompass meticulous planning and scheduling of activities, coordinating with subcontractors, and being a direct leadership representative.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 3-5 years’ Construction Superintendent experience is preferred
  • Comprehensive understanding of plans, specifications, and building codes
  • Computer Skills – Email, Daily Reports, Timecards, Microsoft Office, Scheduling Software
  • Experience operating Fork/Boom/Scissor Lift
  • Effective and professional communication and interaction
  • Adherence to safety protocols
  • OSHA 10 or OSHA 30
  • First Aid, CPR, and Respirator Training
  • Previous experience in Water or Wastewater projects is required

Nice to have

  • A bachelor’s degree in construction management, or a related field
  • Experience with Procore, PlanGrid, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, & Microsoft Suite products
