  • Supervises total construction efforts to ensure project is constructed safely in accordance with design, budget and schedule
  • Ensures all SCIF-related construction activities, including secure enclosures, access control points (ACPs), secure communications infrastructure, and inspection requirements are performed per contract and security specifications
  • Coordinates directly with government security officials (e.g., SSM, ISSM) for accreditation steps, inspection readiness, and certification milestones
  • Maintains compliance with federal security regulations, including physical security, information security, and cybersecurity requirements, throughout the construction process
  • Plans, coordinates and supervises onsite functions (scheduling, engineering, material control)
  • Supervises craft employees and/or other contractors as required by the contract
  • Responsible for craft hiring, placement and training
