Superintendent Gladstone

This is a senior leadership opportunity within the Civil Network Operations team, responsible for the Gladstone Depot. This is a residentially based role in Gladstone. The Superintendent will be a visible and engaged leader with a transparent, supportive and passionate approach. Gladstone is a coastal Queensland city located approximately 110 km south‑east of Rockhampton, offering a strong industrial base, established residential community and access to a wide range of lifestyle and family amenities. The role provides leadership across Operations and rail activities by optimising organisational productivity, driving continuous process improvement, leading change initiatives, and building people capability to deliver the business strategy and plan.
