This is a technical, SME-level service role where you will guide members through complex retirement journeys with accuracy, empathy, and legislative precision.

Job Responsibility:

  • Technical Member Support: manage inbound enquiries via phone, email, and webchat, acting as a technical point of escalation for superannuation products
  • Product Expertise: provide detailed information regarding Accumulation and Pension schemes while ensuring strict adherence to current superannuation legislation
  • Retention & Advocacy: identify member needs and facilitate warm referrals to internal Financial Planning and Banking specialists to support member outcomes
  • Complex Problem Solving: take full ownership of intricate member and employer enquiries, coordinating with third-party administrators for swift resolution
  • Process Improvement: contribute to the fund’s growth by identifying service gaps and participating in targeted outbound member engagement campaigns

Requirements:

  • Direct Superannuation Experience: proven track record working within a Superannuation Fund
  • Legislative Knowledge: deep understanding of the superannuation landscape, specifically around Pension and Accumulation product structures
  • RG146 Compliance: candidates who are already RG146 qualified will be highly prioritised
  • Advanced Communication: ability to translate complex legislative concepts into simple, actionable information for members
  • Performance Focus: proven ability to hit KPIs, including NPS and SLAs, in a fast-paced environment
