Job Description:

Randstad Education is currently recruiting for a motivated and knowledgeable Maths Teacher to join a respected and forward-thinking secondary School. This is your opportunity to take on a role where your teaching makes a daily difference.

Job Responsibility:

Design and teach engaging Maths lessons that motivate Key Stage 3 (KS3) and Key Stage 4 (KS4) students
Use a variety of strategies to make complex concepts accessible and engaging
Observe academic performance and deliver clear, prompt guidance to enhance learning
Personalise classroom instruction to reach students at every level
Collaborate in enhancing the quality and direction of Maths education
Join in with School events and enrichment activities
Support the wider School community through active and enthusiastic participation

Requirements:

QTS/PGCE is essential
Experience teaching Maths at Key Stage 3 (KS3) and Key Stage 4 (KS4) levels is essential
Effective classroom management and lesson delivery skills
Passion for your subject and commitment to student achievement
An enhanced DBS certificate or willingness to obtain one
Two recent professional references from educational settings
