We also operate two successful eBay platforms - one for clothing and one for general goods - alongside a fully online furniture shop. Our shops not only raise vital funds, but also create social value by offering volunteering opportunities, affordable goods, and a welcoming space for people in our local communities. It’s a dynamic, operation that’s making a real difference every day! As a Retail Sales Assistant, you'll support the Retail Manager and wider team in the day-to-day running of our Matlock Shops. Your responsibilities will include overseeing staff, managing stock, preparing and merchandising products, and supporting the recruitment, training, and development of volunteers.

Requirements:
Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to adapt to different customer challenges
Ability to multitask and manage conflicting priorities and targets
Knowledge of cash handling / banking protocol
Experience of being a Key holder
