Job Responsibility

Serve as a trusted right-hand to the client, ensuring their calendar, travel, and day-to-day priorities are meticulously managed
Anticipate needs and proactively address tasks, minimizing the need for direction or follow-ups
Organize and maintain detailed notes from recorded calls, ensuring follow-ups and next steps are documented and executed efficiently
Work closely with the existing Executive/Personal Assistant to coordinate household and personal affairs
Handle household management tasks and oversee projects as needed, ensuring seamless operations
Coordinate complex travel arrangements with a high level of detail and foresight
Maintain discretion and confidentiality in all matters, acting with professionalism and integrity
Respond to emails, texts, and calls promptly within the client’s preferred timeframe (8 AM – 5 PM ET, with Sunday email reviews)
