Job Responsibility

Lead sports and other free time activities in an inclusive way
Lead and supervise a group of students during half-day and all-day excursions
Provide pastoral care to all students
Act as house parent in boarding houses
Assist with the onboarding of students and staff on the School’s IT systems
Undertake any other relevant duties pertaining to the summer school provision

Job Responsibility

Oversee the activities and excursion rota
Support activity leaders in planning and delivering sessions
Monitor and feed back on the quality of activities
Seek and act on student feedback
Monitor, look after and arrange for the replenishment of activities resources
Plan and lead sports and other free time activities
Plan, lead and supervise a group of students during excursions
Provide pastoral care
Act as a senior member of centre staff
Undertake any other relevant duties pertaining to the summer school provision

Job Responsibility

Ensure adequate preparation and set up for on/offsite activities and excursions
Ensure you have read and are adhere to all risk assessments
Review itineraries and become knowledgeable about attractions
Complete your Safeguarding and Prevent Training Level 1 and adhere to Safeguarding Policy
Lead, supervise, motivate and engage students on activities and excursions
Pro-actively encourage the students to take part in planned activities both during the day and in the evenings
Assist in the organisation and preparation of a wide range of activities, excursions and pastoral care
Brief Group Leaders and Students accurately about activities, excursion rules, meeting locations and times, and communicate all necessary information effectively to ensure safety at all times
Assist in airport transfers and welcome Group Leaders and Students to the MLA Programme
Lead campus tours and assist in the organisation of accommodation
