Job Description:

Townhouse Partners is seeking motivated summer interns to join our fast-paced, collaborative environment. This program offers rising college seniors the opportunity to work on live transactions alongside a dynamic team of professionals while receiving structured training in key areas of commercial real estate finance. Interns will support the team across all aspects of the business, including research, reporting, and underwriting, while gaining meaningful, hands-on exposure to the commercial real estate industry.

Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in a four year undergraduate program
  • Rising senior with an expected graduation date between December 2026 and May 2027
  • Prior course work in in Finance, Real Estate, or a related field
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, research, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of initiative and desire to learn
  • Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate effectively
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Word, PowerPoint and beginner to intermediate proficiency in Excel
  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
