Job Description

The Summer Program Coordinator will ensure exceptional program delivery by managing day-to-day operations, leading a high-performing team, and cultivating an inspiring learning environment. This role requires expertise in coordination, operational oversight, and the ability to foster meaningful experiences for diverse age groups.

Requirements

  • Leadership experience in the education sector, ideally in a residential school setting, with a minimum of two years in a similar role
  • Strong understanding of child protection and safeguarding policies and practices
  • Proven track record in day-to-day leadership and program management
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders and build professional relationships
  • Advanced organizational skills, including budget management, progress monitoring, and creative problem-solving under pressure
  • Experience working in a multicultural and dynamic environment
  • Commitment to Les Roches’ mission and values, with a passion for providing exceptional educational experiences for international students
  • Willingness and adaptability to be actively involved in the operational and logistical aspects of the program
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating resilience and flexibility when addressing challenges

Nice to have
