Requirements:
Leadership experience in the education sector, ideally in a residential school setting, with a minimum of two years in a similar role
Strong understanding of child protection and safeguarding policies and practices
Proven track record in day-to-day leadership and program management
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders and build professional relationships
Advanced organizational skills, including budget management, progress monitoring, and creative problem-solving under pressure
Experience working in a multicultural and dynamic environment
Commitment to Les Roches’ mission and values, with a passion for providing exceptional educational experiences for international students
Willingness and adaptability to be actively involved in the operational and logistical aspects of the program
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating resilience and flexibility when addressing challenges
