At Diasorin, our ten-week (June 1st-August 7th) paid internship program offers hands on experience that correlates with your degree focus. You will contribute by delivering key tasks and projects that provide to our broader mission of the organization, and how we have an impact on patients’ lives. As an Intern of Diasorin, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with fellow interns, and employees through various onsite and offsite activities! You will also be able to gain industry knowledge that will aid in your professional development, while showcasing your learnings and accomplishments to Senior leaders and fellow colleagues. Marketing is the “hub” that equips and enables the company to meet the needs of our customers and ultimately patients. Made up of product management, branding/communications and commercial training the Diasorin marketing team focuses on understanding the market needs to drive the products and service the company delivers and how our field teams convey the value of those products.
Job Responsibility:
Assist in supporting business operations through assigned duties under Diasorin staff supervision
Shadow and network with employees on cross-functional teams to gain an understanding of overall company concept including the Diasorin brand, customers, product lines/goals and all other aspects of service
Provides ideas to grow and improve the business. Participates in department meetings and connect points
Participates in designated, business-focused projects to research, propose ideas and solutions and present a final Capstone project at the end of the internship
Marketing projects: Internal Resource Hub Site Content and Messaging Revamp
Assistance with other marketing programs to be determined (ie, launch programs, promotional campaigns, etc)
Requirements:
Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in progress required
Currently enrolled in a University or College Program that is accredited
Preferred Area of Study: Marketing or similar. Biology/Chemistry/Biochemistry also acceptable with a marketing/business minor
Capable of working and communicating within a multi-site environment both independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, Power Point)
Attention to Detail without losing site of the big picture
