Graduate high school May 2026 with GPA 3.5 or higher
Intention to pursue a four-year engineering degree from an accredited university starting Fall 2026. Desired majors include Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Paper Science
Recommendation from school counselor
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
Successfully complete a selection process that could include interviews, an employment background check, a pre-employment drug and alcohol screen, reference verifications, aptitude tests (for some positions), and a fitness-for-duty test (for some positions)
Provide education verification

Job Responsibility

Focus on improving the quality control of finished products by proactively identifying potential problems, and quickly and efficiently troubleshooting issues
Analyze production costs, productivity issues, and provide quality control improvement solutions
Technical exposure to various production and support units within the electrical and mechanical teams supporting piping and instrumentation-based projects
Research and develop processes and guidelines for various functional operational units within the facility
Detailed documentation of findings in various systems
Decipher data, apply findings into project recommendations, and revise project plans/drawings/materials
Drafting and documentation in association with maintenance activities and capital installations
Designing and estimating small projects under the supervision of a staff engineer or engineering manager
Advise/support contractors and maintenance personnel in the field
