Must be 17 years of age
Must be available for training sessions on the nights of June 15th, 16th, and 17th
Is required to have Education and First AID, CPR, and BLF certifications
Ability to communicate and work with groups participating (age and skill levels) and provide necessary instruction to campers and staff
Ability to observe camper behavior, assess its appropriateness, enforce appropriate safety regulations and emergency procedures, and apply appropriate behavior-management techniques

Participate in developing and implementing high-quality educational and recreational opportunities and enjoyable experiences for campers within BB&N’s mission
Supervise campers to ensure their safety, development, growth, skill achievement, and overall well-being
Maintain high standards of health and safety in all activities for campers and staff
Ensuring the site's cleanliness and adhering to all safety guidelines associated with the camp program
Positively representing the camp when interacting with parents or community members
Be a role model to campers and staff in attitude and behavior
Assist in maintaining accurate program records, including incident reports, dietary restrictions/allergies, and daily attendance
Know and understand all emergency procedures associated with the camp program
Work one-on-one with campers
Other responsibilities as assigned
