The Town of Wellesley's Department of Public Works (DPW) has an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented and analytically minded Management Analyst to join our team. As a member of the Management Division, you will act as a trusted internal consultant — partnering with divisions to optimize and integrate a range of technology systems and applications. Your contributions will directly support the department's operational effectiveness and long-term goals.

Job Responsibility

  • Evaluate, recommend, implement, and continuously improve departmental systems and technology applications
  • Develop, prepare, and monitor budgets, goals, and key performance measures
  • Preparing reports, analyzing data, and maintaining accurate documentation and records
  • Lead and support special projects

Requirements

A Bachelor's degree in management, business administration, finance, accounting, or a closely related field, combined with at least 18 months of relevant professional experience — including work in budget/accounting, municipal government, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
