Job Responsibility
Teaching campers (ages 7-16) basic woodworking skills and helping with hands-on projects
Using hand tools, power tools, saws, nails, drills, sanders, and other woodworking equipment
Helping campers safely build creative projects while learning new skills
Encouraging creativity, teamwork, and confidence
Being a mentor, role model, and camp leader
Living and working alongside an amazing group of college students and young staff from around the world
Requirements
College students or recent grads preferred
Anyone with woodworking, architecture, construction, theater tech, shop class, maker space, or hands-on building experience
Comfortable using basic hand tools and power tools
Creative, patient, responsible, and good with kids
People who love building, creating, and teaching others
