Job Description:

The intern will support WOLC performance testing, and process improvement initiatives across multiple scrum teams. This role involves hands-on work with testing tools, reporting platforms, and team coordination activities. You will work with our team of experienced BSAs, Solution Architects and development teams across projects.

Job Responsibility:

  • Understand Eversource Work Order Life Cycle Processes and systems involved for Electric and Gas business lines
  • Generate and maintain reports from Jira to support project tracking and team activities
  • Assist in updating and executing LoadRunner performance test scripts, working closely with Solution Architect for guidance
  • Support the creation and analysis of performance test reports in collaboration with Solution Architect and dev team
  • Generate and organize application performance reports using AppDynamics, under the direction of solution architects and testing COE
  • Follow up on meeting action items to ensure timely progress and accountability
  • Assist Eversource WOLC Agile team to ensure consistency of processes and best practices across multiple scrum teams

Requirements:

  • Students with graduation date of May 2027
  • Pursuing a Bachelor’s in related IT field
  • Passion and aptitude for learning technology and solving problems
  • Knowledge of cloud computing preferably Azure
  • Knowledge of web applications architectures
  • Good problem-solving skills, enthusiastic work approach, and self-motivated
  • Demonstrated expertise in understanding the mobile applications for customers or corporate internal use
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to engage with technical and non-technical audiences
